- God loves us and wants us to have a day of rest.
- Rest is a mandatory command (#4).
- If God took a day of rest, why shouldn’t you?
- Is your mind right?
- Three types of laws: 1. Moral Laws 2. Judicial Laws 3. Ceremonial Laws
- Keeping the Sabbath is under all three laws
